Russia’s Kherson withdrawal is tactical

(29 November 2022) General Mark Milley, Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff of the United States assessed that it would take several weeks for Moscow to complete the evacuation of some 30,000 Russian troops deployed in Kherson city in southern Ukraine. But Russians have announced that the evacuation was successfully completed in 2 days — both soldiers and over 5000 pieces of heavy equipment.

(17 November 2022) (cm) Not least the latest geopolitical situation shows in all clarity that the media have abandoned their original mandate of informing the interested population as independently and accurately as possible in favour of “information” that is one-sided in terms of power politics. Research on the ground of the events is often saved and replaced by reports of the dominant western news agencies AFP, AP, Reuters and DPA – or else they are abused additionally by means of so-called “parachute journalism” for one-sided information.

(17. November 2022) The European Union is giving Ukraine €5 billion in exceptional macro financial assistance. Another 9 billion has been provided by the EU-sponsored fundraising campaign. However, this is not enough to cover the budget hole; Zelensky is immediately asking for another 55 billion euros. The US and EU have already donated 100 billion euros in military supplies to Kiev.
